Morphology of the large scale structure (Minkowski functionals), peculiar velocities, BAO and reconstruction techniques, Lagrangian perturbative techniques; weak gravitational lensing, kinematic lensing; dark matter and dark energy (neutrinos, quintessence, scalar-tensor and f(R) theories, back-reaction).
