• Shining from the heart of darkness: black hole accretion and jets, Kathmandu, Nepal, 16-21 October 2016. The conference will be focused on the discussion of accretion physics and the mechanisms of jet launching and evolution in Galactic and extragalactic black hole systems (major observational and theoretical results). • European Week of Astronomy and Space Sciences (EWASS), Athens, Greece, 4-8 July 2016. This is the premier annual astronomy conference in Europe, organized by the European Astronomical Society (EAS), consisting of 17 symposia and 12 special sessions on many topics (among the others: MUSE First Year Science and Beyond). Registration DL : 4 July 2016.

• Discs in Galaxies, ESO, Garching (Germany) 11-15 July 2016. The aim of this Joint international conference is to explore the importance of stellar and gaseous discs in a variety of galaxies from high redshift to the Milky Way in the context of exciting new observations and numerical simulations.

• Cosmic dawn of galaxy formation: linking observations and theory with new-generation spectral models IAP Paris, 20-24 June 2016. Late registration after 15 April 2016.

• Star Clusters: from Infancy to Teenagehood, Heidelberg, Germany, 8-12 August 2016. Early registration DL : 15 June 2016

• A series of workshops at the Munich Institute for Astro- and Particle Physics (MIAPP) This is the 2017 programme, but the registration DL is quite early this year. Each workshop typically consists of regular seminars, but leaves much time for collaborations and informal discussions. Registrations for 2016 MIAPP Workshops are closed, but you can contact the organizers (info@munich-iapp.de) to know if spaces are still available.

• The Data Incubator An 8 week (from 6 June 29 July) fellowship for people interested in entering data science industry. It's in the US, but it's open to everyone, there's no fees, and there's the possibility of attending remotely.

• PhD School F. Lucchin, Napoli, Italy, 23-27 May 2016. Main topics: Novelty and Rarity of Stellar Explosions (chairs E. Cappellaro and M. Della Valle), Cosmology with Large Surveys (chair M. Viel).

• ADA8 Summer School, Chania, Crete (Greece), 22-24 May 2016. This is a summer school on Astronomical Data Analysis that will take place just before the COSMO21 conference (see above), at the same venue and the COSMO21 registration includes the possibility to participate in the ADA8 Summer School.
